Although the hotel is currently under major renovations, I still had a pleasant and relaxing stay. I recommend having breakfast early, especially during peak season or school holidays, as the queue can get quite long.

It is a family friendly hotel, there is a mini water park for and a kids club with kids playground, games,etc that suits the small kids. The hotel is located a bit far from the town, about 20mins drive. Not much eateries around here.Average breakfast , not much varieties. The hotel room is newly renovated, clean and spacious. The renovation is still on going, we have to climb up the staircase to access to the hotel lobby, it is not very convenient for those with huge luggage. Not a major issue, the hotel staff will assist to carry the luggage.Overall, we satisfied with hotel services here.

It is a really pleasant stay. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful , it made a big difference and made me feel very welcome.
The hotel has a warm and comfortable vibe, and I really appreciated the great service. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to others.

De-stress with family at beach front Swiss-garden Kuantan. Had a terrific time in newly refurbished family room although when arrived the main lobby was still under renovation. After sumptous breakfast, we went for ATV ride by the beach which cost rm50 for a 30-minute fun ride 🏍

Always a pleasant stay at Swiss Garden Kuantan. It’s our go-to hotel whenever we’re on a work trip. Conveniently located closer to Gebeng compared to staying in the city centre

Best! The hotel is beautiful after renovation. But when we arrived it was still under renovation maybe 85/100 again. The disadvantages are that we have to arrange breakfast because of limited space. The restaurant is not ready yet. So we have to wait a bit. Overall the best because the kids pool and kids club are the best!!

The place is ok, but the staff is lack of training and no sense of dangerous. With the kind level of resort I’m surprised that they told me to pay money for bottle water in room, and ICE CUBE!!!!
